Pre-checks of Garment Production
The raw material gets checked before getting through the production line, such that it meets our high standards of quality garment production. Sample development and approval is also done in this stage.

WASHING OF THE GARMENT
After production processes, the garment is thoroughly washed in our advanced industrial washing line and then ironed to soften the garment hand feel, improve bulkiness and stabilise shrinkage of the garment.

MARKING AND CUTTING OF CLOTH
This stage includes cutting of the textile, marking measurements, folding it as per production requirements, quality inspection and finally counting and coding before it goes for the next process through the line.
